How do I submit a withdrawal notice?
Send a clear withdrawal statement to [email protected] or another durable medium accepted by applicable law. The phone line may be used for process support, but keeping the notice in a provable written/durable form is important.
How should the product be sent back?
Where possible, pack the product safely with its original box, standard accessories and order information. Complete the return shipment within the period required by applicable law after the withdrawal notice.
How is the payment refunded?
Subject to applicable law, the refund is made within the required period using a method compatible with the payment instrument used for the purchase. Bank processing times may affect when the amount appears on the account.
Damaged goods
If the packaging is damaged at delivery, record the condition with the carrier and photograph the goods and order. These records help evaluate transport damage quickly.
Custom dimensions and made-to-order products
Goods cut, painted, machined or otherwise prepared specifically to the customer’s request may fall within statutory exceptions to the withdrawal right. Each order is assessed according to its actual characteristics.
