Subject of the agreement
This agreement governs the sale, payment and delivery of goods or services ordered electronically and defines the parties’ rights and obligations. Product, quantity, price, tax and delivery information confirmed for the order forms an integral part of the order record.
Pre-contract information
Before confirming an order, the consumer is informed about the product’s essential characteristics, total price and any additional costs, payment and delivery terms and the withdrawal right where applicable. The order confirmation is obtained in a way that makes the payment obligation clear.
Delivery
The delivery time confirmed for the order applies. For standard goods, the applicable statutory maximum period is observed unless another period has been agreed. Made-to-order and customized goods are additionally subject to the communicated production/preparation time.
Withdrawal right
Where consumer law provides a withdrawal right, it may generally be exercised within 14 days from delivery without giving a reason. The notice should be made in writing or through a durable medium. Statutory exceptions, including certain made-to-order goods, remain applicable.
