International orders and customs
Mermak prepares and follows the export/exit customs process in Türkiye. After export clearance, the goods are handed to the selected carrier and available tracking information is shared with the buyer.
Transport options
Depending on weight, volume, destination and packing requirements, shipments may move by express courier, air freight, road freight, pallet/groupage or sea freight. Large CNC machines and heavy goods may require crates, pallets or dedicated transport.
Damage and delivery check
Please inspect boxes, pallets or crates at delivery. If there is visible crushing, tearing, moisture or breakage, record the damage with the carrier before acceptance where possible and contact us with photos and the order reference.
