The 25×60 Drag Chain Cable Carrier is a critical engineering component designed to protect, guide, and maintain energy, data, and control cables, as well as pneumatic/hydraulic hoses in industrial automation systems. By ensuring cables remain within a defined minimum bending radius during continuous motion cycles, it prevents conductor breakage, insulation wear, and outer sheath damage. Manufactured from high-strength Polyamide 66 (PA66), this carrier offers excellent mechanical strength, wear resistance, and chemical stability across a wide temperature range (-30°C to +130°C). With internal dimensions of 25mm height and 60mm width, it is compatible with various industrial cable configurations. Its modular design allows for easy length adjustment, providing flexibility for CNC machining centers, robotics, and automated assembly lines. It supports high acceleration (up to 50 m/s²) and high speeds (up to 10 m/s) with low friction.
